Who doesn’t want more? Even if we are contented with what we have, with what we have achieved, with who we are, the idea of wanting more is almost an innate force driving us from within. Sara-Danielle explores this idea in a suave, elegant fashion on her track, fittingly titled, Want More. So put your headphones on and prepare to achieve your next goal in style!

About the single Want More, Sara-Danielle once said, “This song takes as its starting point a thought I had about efficiency and accomplishment, about what we value as a society. We indulge in productivity; we find value in what we accomplish. We ARE the work we do, the projects we come up with. But we always want more. When the work is done, we feel an adrenaline rush (at least for me!), we feel as if we’ve accomplished something meaningful. But when the rush wears out, we’re back to where we began; and we want more. We get lost in this spiral, we get confused. To realize that we’ll never have enough to feel something truly meaningful. So, we look for something else, another project, another thing to value ourselves with. As I sing “We always want more,” it can apply to material things as well. Meaning we can also value ourselves with what we own. When I wrote this song, it was more of a reflection on work and accomplishment, but I realize now that the lyrics have a deeper meaning according to what moves us.”

With an undoubted natural gift and an ambitious, go getter outlook on life, one can only imagine how far this Montreal based singer-songwriter will go, we are guessing a long way indeed.
