Gabrielle Grace – Lost Somebody Else

Lost Somebody Else from Gabrielle Grace is an ode to positivity when you encounter dark times, wrapped in an energetic pop bubble. And we know shit happens. That’s part of life. But we also often underestimate our strength and our power to start over. So put your headphones on and pump that volume up!

Humble and honest, these two adjectives come to my mind every time I read or listen to Nashville based artist Gabrielle Grace. She’s like a fresh positive breeze over the music industry which could be sometimes… well, not so fresh.
And Lost Somebody Else is another good example of that statement.
I don’t know her personally, but as a good music curator, I do my research. Every article, every little insta post or tweets, all of them sweat off passion and modesty.

However, what I like the most about Gabrielle Grace is her voice. She’s got such a great voice, the perfect pitch for folk and pop music which she creates admirably.
The first time I heard Intruder, Intruder from her 2021 EP We’ll Be Alright, I felt so much emotion through her music and her words that I listened to it for hours.

Lost Somebody Else is a dynamic piece of pop music including verses and chorus with omnipresent keyboards and a “folky” bridge which highlights the work on the acoustic and electric guitar. The harmonies on the keys match Gabrielle’s voice perfectly and despite the serious lyrics, the whole track is a wave of good vibes which will boost your day up!

Lost Somebody Else is the last release of Gabrielle Grace after having launched her 6-track EP We’ll Be Alright in 2021. I warmly recommend adding those in your playlists and keeping an eye and two ears on Gabrielle Grace’s creative work.
